​This project involves the construction of a basement below ground level on a relatively restricted site with complexities of engineering within the live retail environment.

The construction of 7 storey building and complex façade treatment and landscape on mid floors of the building. Some challenges with the project include traffic management, site set up and health and safety of the public during construction. The new Metro link is expected
to be delivered by 2027. The end result is to achieve a top class brand hotel to reflect the growing vibrancy of this out of city town.
