Rivergate Developments was established as a contemporary real estate development company to challenge the status quo of property development.
The vision for our company was to exceed all perimeters in planning and design, maximising development potential and return for investors.
Our modus operardi is to challenge preconceived thinking and deliver the most sustainable and best in class built environment.
After over 20 years, we are one of Dublin’s and London’s and Europes most innovative and dynamic property developers, with experience of more than 10,000 homes in the UK and Ireland.

Our residential portfolio pipeline vision is to deliver our capacity to add a further 10,000 homes to meet future demand, and we’re adding to our commercial, retail and leisure portfolio, with experience in around 1million sqft of commercial.
Yet as the scale and ambition of our work grows, we never forget the importance of working to the highest standards on every individual element of every development, creating places in which people, business, culture and society can thrive.
